Founded in 1925 and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Superior brings nearly a century of operational history to the transaction. The Stewart family has guided the company since the mid-1980s, when Greg Stewart first acquired an ownership interest, giving the firm a deep legacy of leadership stability and specialized expertise that MasTec views as strategically complementary.
