Volaris Group announced Monday the acquisition of Alertacall, a United Kingdom-based technology company that provides customer engagement and communications solutions to social housing providers and retirement living communities. The Toronto-headquartered acquirer did not disclose financial terms of the deal.
Alertacall delivers a vertically integrated platform combining SaaS software, proprietary hardware, and a UK-based contact center operation. That combination is specifically engineered to help housing providers fulfill regulatory obligations while strengthening outreach to older and vulnerable residents — a segment that often faces barriers to digital self-service.
