Prosperus Retail Property Fund signed a binding agreement Thursday to purchase the Ozas shopping and entertainment center in Vilnius, Lithuania, from Central and Eastern European retail real estate giant NEPI Rockcastle in a deal valued at €200 million, the fund announced via press release.
